AI Phone Agent for Car Washes & Lube Shops: Every call, answered on the first ring.

The rPlans Call Agent picks up your business line in a natural voice. It books appointments, looks up members, and hands callers to the right person, day or night, for every location.

Are you open on Labor Day?

It doesn’t just talk. It gets things done.

While it talks, the agent works in your rPlans account: open times, member plans, ring order and callbacks. Pick a call to replay it.

Real recordings, the same voices your callers hear

Hi there, thanks for calling. I’m the virtual assistant, and I can help with store hours, appointments and membership questions. What can I do for you today?

Answers from your live data, not a script.

The agent reads what’s already in rPlans while it talks, so a change to your hours, prices or plans reaches the phone right away.

Knows when a person should take it.

Some calls need your team. The agent picks the right location or team, rings them in order, and tells staff what the call is about before connecting.

Each call gets a written summary and, if you record, a recording and transcript. Callbacks, messages and voicemail land in one inbox, and reports show what the agent handled.

Dana asked for an oil change on Saturday morning. The agent offered 9:00 and 9:30, booked 9:30 at Main St. and emailed a confirmation.

Caller, Hi, can I get an oil change Saturday morning?

Agent, Sure. I’ve got 9:00 or 9:30 on Saturday. Which works better?

Draft, test, publish

Edit in a draft, place a test call, then publish. Every version is saved, and you can roll back.

Recording notice

Callers hear your welcome and a recording notice. You can let callers opt out, and the agent stops recording when asked.

Verifies before sharing

Caller ID alone isn’t trusted. The agent confirms one detail on file before it talks about an account.

Knows when to hang up

It checks in on a silent line and politely ends calls that turn abusive or go nowhere.

Right people, right calls

Location staff see their own location’s calls. Owners see everything, across every store.

Alerts your way

Email and text alerts for callbacks and voicemail: every item, urgent only, or off.

Questions, answered.

What can the Call Agent do on a call?

It answers questions from your hours, services, plans and knowledge base, checks open times and books, cancels or reschedules appointments, texts booking links, looks up a verified member’s plan, transfers callers to your team, and takes callbacks, messages and voicemail.

Will callers know they are talking to an AI?

Callers hear your welcome and a recording notice. The agent talks like a person at your front desk, but it never claims to be one: if a caller asks, it says honestly that it’s an AI assistant.

What happens when it can’t help?

It hands the caller to the right location or team using the ring order you set, and staff hear a short note before they’re connected. If nobody answers or you’re closed, it takes a callback due when you next open. Callers can press 0 at any time to reach a person.

How does it handle more than one location?

One Call Agent number can answer for all of your locations. When it matters, the agent asks which location the caller means, then uses that store’s hours, services and ring order.

How do I control what it says?

You write the business brief, pick the voice, choose which services and plans it can talk about and whether it quotes prices, and add your own questions and answers. Changes go into a draft you can test with a call, and nothing reaches callers until you publish. Every version is kept, so you can roll back.

Are calls recorded?

Recording is your choice. When it’s on, callers hear a notice, and each call keeps a recording, a transcript and a written summary for your team. Recordings and transcripts are deleted automatically after a set period.

Does it work with the rest of rPlans?

Yes. It books into the same booking pages as your website, recognizes the members from your membership plans, and uses the services and prices from your POS, so there is nothing to keep in sync.
