Reference data that keeps up with the bay.

Repair information has been stuck in menus and long articles for years. This is built around how techs and service writers actually look things up.

Starting with the lookup, then going deeper.

The first release is the vehicle lookup. The assistant and deeper repair data follow, and early access members help decide the order.

What is rPlans Vehicle Data?

A lookup built only for vehicle information. Enter a VIN, plate, or year, make and model, and get the wiring diagrams, specifications, fluids, maintenance schedules, labor times and procedures for that exact vehicle, taken from OEM-authorized documentation.

When does it launch?

We’re building it now. Join the early access list and we’ll reach out as spots open, so you can try it on real vehicles before it’s public.

Do I need the rest of rPlans to use it?

No. Vehicle Data is a separate product focused on vehicle information. It works on its own for any shop, whether or not you use rPlans for anything else.

Where does the data come from?

OEM-authorized documentation published for each manufacturer, organized by vehicle. Every answer shows the section it came from, so you can check the source instead of trusting a guess.

Which vehicles and shops is it for?

Any shop that works on vehicles: general and specialty repair, tire and brake, transmission, quick lube, fleet garages and mobile technicians, plus the service writers who quote the work. We’ll publish the coverage list before launch, and early access members can tell us what they work on most.

How is this different from the repair-information subscriptions I already know?

It’s built around the question, not the menu tree. You start with the vehicle, search once, and get a short answer with its source. It’s also designed for the screens shops really use: a tablet in the bay, a phone at the counter, a monitor at the bench.

What will it cost?

Pricing isn’t final. We’ll share it with the early access list before launch.

Be first to look it up.

Tell us about your shop and we’ll reach out as early access opens.
